The maximum property capacity for sleeping is 10 people unless approved by the owner and an additional fee is paid per additional guest. 4. Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. 5. No illegal substances 6. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. 7. Please do not dispose of food waste or other large food items in the kitchen sink. 8. No pets allowed unless previously authorized and pet fee paid. 9. If pets are approved and brought into the house, we ask that you keep your pets off beds and furniture or use a waterproof dog blanket or dog couch cover on beds and sofas and chairs. 10. Please make sure you pick up pet waste from the backyard every time you take your pet out to relive itself to avoid flies or other insects. 11. Please do not leave pets unattended inside or outside the house, they are your responsibility and need to be attended to while you’re staying at the property. 12. Please take care of all furnishings, electronics, décor etc. in the home and please report damaged items caused during your stay, if damaged items are found after departure, you will be notified of damages and a report will be filed with Airbnb. 13. The home is equipped with a security camera outside the home facing the front entry way, driveway and a back yard camera facing the backyard area. If they turn off at any point, someone will drive by the house to ensure everything is okay. 14.
